Instructions for Authors
PAPER PREPARATION
Your paper (3-6 pages) must be formatted in double column IEEE format for conference papers using the guidelines given in the IEEE conference templates:

The final manuscript has to be submitted as PDF file by using IEEE PDF eXpress, following these steps:
- Create your IEEE PDF eXpress account: http://www.pdf-express.org
- Conference ID: 46489X
- The first time you access the system, please follow the link to new user. Please note that in order to access the service, you need to allow the use of cookies from the PDF eXpress web site.
Once you have registered as a new user:
- Upload the source file (containing your paper) for conversion.
- Receive by e-mail the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF of your paper.
PRESENTATION PREPARATION
Authors of accepted papers will present their work in a 20-minute time slot. This includes 15 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes in order to allow time for questions and discussion.
Presentation slides must be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat. Please make sure that all special characters and fonts are embedded in the presentation file. Speakers are not allowed to bring their own laptop computer, avoiding useless time breaks in between papers.
Speakers are requested to be in their respective session rooms at least 15 minutes prior to the commencement of each session, to upload their presentation file as well as to meet your Session Chairs and the other speakers in advance.
All papers must be presented in person at the conference in order to be included in the proceedings published in IEEE Xplore©.
