Certain countries require participants to obtain a visa when attending a conference and may also request a letter from the IEEE conference to verify a participant’s attendance at the event. Attendees should apply for a visa no later than two months prior to the conference.

If you are presenting a paper, and have registered to the conference, but your travel visa process is experiencing unusual delays which may jeopardize your presence at the conference, please contact the General Chair as soon as possible.
